Industrial boilers consist of machines that generate hot water, warm air, and heated steam for all industrial settings. The boilers are specifically made to be used as part of larger heating systems or to provide steam or hot water for industrial and manufacturing processes.
In addition, boiler pipes or tubes are used in steam boilers, power generation, fossil fuel plants, electric power plants, industrial processing plants, and cogeneration facilities. Based on the application area boiler tubes can differ in terms of material, outside diameter, wall thickness, length, and curvature.
Our pipe preparation machinery meets the requirements and the expectations of our customers in the heating/boiling industry: precise, robust, durable, efficient, reliable, and easy to operate. For beveling and cutting applications the Beaver series can machine carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel pipes that are the most common pipe materials used in the boiling industry.
We propose the Beaver S manual and Beaver S automatic series for the pipes with the maximum high thickness of 25mm (in one step), and outside diameter from 6mm to 1422 mm (0.25” – 56”). If the wall thickness is more than 25mm, then the Beaver CNC series would be the best possible solution especially if you also have complex pipe preparation requirements.
